The Sumo Squat engages your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. Leaving your lower body toned and tight!
1. Use 1 dumbbell (use whatever weight you are comfortable with) and place your hands on both ends. Hold the weight in front of your waist at arms length. Position your feet about shoulder width apart.
2. Tuck your abs in, and lower your body to the ground as far as you can go. Count for 2 seconds and stand back up.
Repeat and try for 3 sets of 15 with a 30 second break in-between.
